Friday November 6, 2015 - Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Miss Anne Waiguru, revealed on Wednesday night
the names of five individuals who are behind her tribulations.
Speaking while meeting over 20 TNA
MPs at Panafric Hotel, Waiguru who is accused of siphoning billions of shilling
from her Ministry said CORD leader, Raila Odinga, and suspended
Deputy President, William Ruto’s Chief of Staff, Mary Keittany, are behind
the shocking Public Accounts Committee (PAC) report that exposed the rot
in her office.
The PAC report revealed massive corruption
in Waiguru’s office including inflated prices of items and the procurement of erotic
items such as s*x toys using taxpayers’ money.
The corrupt CS who was gloomy throughout
the meeting told Nominated TNA Senator, Beth Mugo, that Raila and Keittany are
behind her troubles
“Some of these individuals are out to
finish her in the hope that they will blackmail President Uhuru into lifting
their suspension,” one MP said referring to Keittany, who was suspended in
April for spending Sh 100 million to impeach Waiguru.
Keittany and Waiguru do not see each
other eye, since the two women are jealous of the other’s success.
When she was suspended in April,
Keittany warned Waiguru that her days are numbered and she will also be shown
the door because she is corrupt as well.
